We collect the following categories of information: Account & Registration Information (name, email address, password, business name, commercial registration number, and Fatra Verification Code), Business & Financial Information (financial statements, bank account details, trade licenses, invoices, credit history, and other documents required for credit assessment), Transaction Data (records of purchases, payments, invoice uploads, and financing activity conducted through the Platform), Usage & Technical Data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use the Platform), and Communications (messages, emails, and other correspondence you send to us or through the Platform).
We use the information we collect to verify your identity and eligibility, process and assess financing applications through our licensed financial institution partners, facilitate invoice settlement between suppliers and financial institutions, communicate with you about your account and transactions, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and improve and optimize the Platform and our services.
We may share your information with licensed financial institution partners (to assess and process financing applications), suppliers and businesses (to facilitate transactions), service providers (third-party vendors under strict confidentiality obligations), regulatory authorities (where required by law), and in connection with any merger or acquisition of Fatra. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal and business information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Financial and transactional records may be retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with applicable GCC financial regulations.
