By accessing or using the Fatra platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Fatra LLC (“Fatra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Kuwait and operating across the GCC region.
Fatra provides a B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (“BNPL”) platform that facilitates short-term financing for businesses to purchase from suppliers within our network. Fatra connects businesses with licensed financial institutions in the GCC and facilitates invoice settlement for suppliers.
Fatra is not a bank or licensed financial institution. Fatra acts as a facilitator between users and its licensed financial institution partners. All credit decisions are made by the relevant licensed partners.
To use the Platform, you must:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Fatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
Financing offered through the Platform is subject to approval by Fatra’s licensed financial institution partners. Fatra does not guarantee the approval of any credit application. Approved financing is subject to separate financing agreements between the user and the relevant financial institution.
All financing facilitated through the Platform is interest-free (0% profit rate) for the duration of the repayment term. Repayment schedules, upfront payment requirements, and term lengths will be disclosed at the time of each financing arrangement.
Suppliers registered on the Platform agree to honor invoices submitted through Fatra and acknowledge that Fatra will settle invoice payments directly within 2–4 working days of invoice upload, subject to verification.
Suppliers acknowledge that Fatra assumes the credit risk associated with business repayment and that suppliers have no recourse against business buyers for payments settled by Fatra.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of Fatra LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Fatra’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fatra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Fatra’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Fatra in the three months preceding the claim.
Fatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
Fatra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
